1 Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.
2 All problems with orders must be addressed within 7 days of receipt of your order or we will not be able to accept an item for exchange or return.
3 All customized item are not returnable or exchangeable.
4 All order of in stock products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged except in particular circumstances, as list below. If we shipped you the wrong size, wrong color and wrong style: You have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. We reserve the right to refuse return and exchange of any items with wear, damage or removed tags.
5 We cannot be responsible for any size and color error on the part of the person placing the order.
6 Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received.
7 All orders are handled and shipped according to handling and shipping method customer chosen. We are not responsible for any delivery delay if customers chosen improper shipping method. If we send the order by wrong shipping method which result in the order miss need date, customers have rights to ask for refund of extra shipping fee and up to 50% refund. If we delay the handling time which result in the order miss the need date. Customers have rights to cancel the order before shipping or return it for up to 50% refund after shipping out.
8 If exchange is acceptable, the correct item for exchange will be shipped to you once we confirm the item was returned.
9 If refund is of acceptance, we will issue the refund within 1-2 week.
