I ordered a stole for my upcoming graduation well in advance and i received regular updates on the processing of my order. I ended up having to pay a bit extra because of extra detailing and I had a very lovely experience with the customer service representatives of the company during that. The stole came and it is perfect and exactly as i ordered it. I am excited to wear it for graduation pictures and it made me feel proud to even see it in my mailbox!
